<div>About The Company GROPYUS creates sustainable, affordable, and aspirational buildings for everyone through modular construction and setting a new standard in smart living.</div><div><h2>About the Role:</h2><h2>What you'll be doing:</h2><ul><li>leading a team of motivated software engineers from different backgrounds</li></ul>Together with your team you will be ... <ul><li>operating the GROPYUS IoT infrastructure inside our GROPYUS managed buildings </li><li>evaluating and integrating new (IoT) hardware into our existing ecosystem and ensuring that it can be used to deliver customer value</li><li>working closely together with your product management peers and other engineering team leads deliver the right solution</li><li>collaborating with our vendor manager to make sure we scout and evaluate the right products</li><li>keeping up to date with new developments especially around smart building and smart homes </li></ul><h2>What you bring:</h2><ul><li>7+ years of software engineering experience, preferably with exposure to distributed systems and operating devices across various locations </li><li>Professional experience in leading a software engineering team</li><li>A good understanding of smart home and smart building technologies </li><li>Experience in working with Linux based operating systems </li><li>Experience in driving and documenting software system architecture in general and the decisions made in this respect in particular </li><li>Experience in working in an agile environment </li><li>Curiosity exploring new technologies and their possible value contribution to GROPYUS </li></ul><h2>What We Offer</h2><ul><li>An unlimited contract with 30 vacation days.  </li><li>Flexible, hybrid work: You can work from home or come into the office on the schedule that works best for you.
