This includes defining UI components, interaction patterns, and documentation that supports scalable and cohesive product development.</li><li>Plan and conduct usability testing sessions with both internal stakeholders and external users to inform design decisions and improve the user experience.</li><li>Apply human-centered design principles to ensure that every product decision is rooted in empathy for the user. This includes conducting user research, synthesizing insights, and designing solutions that reflect a deep understanding of user goals, pain points, and contexts.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>5+ years working experience as a UX Designer or similar role.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, UX-related field, or equivalent experience.</li><li>You have experience using Figma, or a similar design tool, to deliver rapid, iterative prototypes used for facilitating discovery as well as high-fidelity designs based off product requirements for hand-off to engineering teams.</li><li>You’ve led, or contributed to, setting up and managing a design system for SaaS and/or eCommerce products.</li><li>You have experience with usability testing with both external customers and internal users.
